Our friends from Stickman Brews in Royersford will be setting up shop at Herman's all weekend. We partnered with them to roast a special coffee for an Imperial Stout that will be releasing in early December and they'll be on hand sampling and selling cans of this limited batch. We'll also have some special coffee drinks available just for the weekend using the collaborative coffee and inspired by the beer. More details coming soon.
Olga from Baba's Brew will be on hand sampling her fabulous kombucha. We've been serving her kombucha on draft since we opened and if you've had a chance to try it, we're sure you probably agree with us that it's some of the best kombucha out there. Olga also happens to be one of our favorite people and and absolute sweetheart, so come out and say hi. She'll have some bottles available to take home and we're working on some special kombucha drinks for the event.
Each weekend we feature the awesome donuts from our friends at Hello Donuts, but this Saturday, the guys behind the donuts will be here setting up shop. That means we'll have an even bigger variety of donuts available (fritters anyone?) and you can meet the guys behind your favorite weekend snack.
We'll also put together some special lattes inspired by the days selection of donuts. Here's the donut menu:

Our friends from Manatawany Still Works will be setting up shop at Herman's for a Friday happy hour. We'll have a variety of coffee cocktails made with their spirits and they'll be sampling and selling bottles for takeout. A full cocktail list will be posted as the event nears.
Two months ago, we quietly opened our garage doors in Pennsport. It took us some time to finally get open (over a year!), so once we got open, we wanted to do so 'softly,' as they say in the food service industry. There's always kinks to work out and refining to be done (we're already on our second coffee roaster as you may have noticed).
Now that the new roaster is in place and we've had some weeks to work through service, we feel like it's time to implement some new changes and really celebrate that we're finally open. To do so, we're going to throw a Grand Opening Celebration.
The main change that you'll notice is the new hours. We've had a number of requests to open earlier, so we're going to open an hour earlier. Starting October 28th, our new hours will be Monday-Friday: 6:00am-6:00pm and Saturday & Sunday: 7:00am-6:00pm.
As for the celebration, we're going to kick things off on Saturday, October 28th with special pricing as a thank you to all of our amazing Pennsport neighbors who have been so welcoming of us since we opened. Stop by all day for $3 Cappucinos & Lattes (including all specialty options), $2.5 Cold Brews, and $1.50 Drip Coffee. We'll also have an assortment of Hello Donuts to go along with our daily seletion of pastries from High Point Cafe.
This same day, we'll be featuring the Pennsylvania delicacy and king of breakfast meats, scrapple. Local author (and co-founder of Herman's), Amy Strauss, will be signing copies of her brand-new book "Pennsylvania Scrapple: a Delectable History" and Chewys Philly Food Truck will be setup inside grilling scrapple sandwiches. We'll also have a special Pennsylvania Dutch-inspired latte or two featured to pair with your sandwich and book.
Sometimes, you just need a break to color. Join us for an intergalactic coloring party at Herman's Coffee.
We’ll bring the art and colors; you can bring your friends and colleagues. Fill the OTHER WORLDS coloring sheet that waits on each table with your own shades, then discuss your color choices (or cats, or coffee) with artist Saul Rosenbaum.
