Wine Club
Wine Club is a monthly opportunity for us to share some incredible wines with you. Each month we partner with a different wine supplier to find a mix of allocated and higher-end bottles that we wouldn’t typically be able to regularly stock in the bottle shop. Our goal is to not only bring you the best wines, but to also make it the best deal. It’s an opportunity for us to set aside the worries of margins needed to run a business and just to have fun with wine.
There are two clubs options: two bottle or four bottle. For those choosing the four bottle option, you will receive both wines from the two bottle club as well as two different bottles. We do bring in a very limited number of extra bottles of each though that are available to purchase at the pickup.
Each month we’ll host a pickup party on the first Monday of the month for you and one guest. At this party, our wine parter of the month will walk you through a guided tasting of each of this months four wines, plus a couple extra wines that we regularly stock from their portfolio. It’s a laid back tasting, so bring your questions, no matter how simple or complex they may be. We just want you to enjoy learning about wine and understanding what makes each bottle special. After the tasting, you’re welcome to purchase a glass of any of the featured wines, shop the entire market for 10% off, or just take your monthly club wines home and call it a night. If you can’t make it to the pickup party, you can pickup up your wines at the cafe the following day. We can hold them for a little bit, but as that you please pick them up within the week.

A few notes:
-A scannable ID is required for any additional wine purchases
-All sales are final. The month’s pre-selected wines cannot be swapped or returned.
-If you cannot pickup your own wines, you may send someone else, we just need to know ahead of time. Please email us from the account the club membership is under: contact@hermanscoffee.com
-Memberships must be purchased by noon of the last Monday of the month to be included in the first Monday of the month tasting. Any memberships purchased after that Monday will start at the following month. For example: orders must be placed by noon on July 28th for the August 4th pickup. Septembers pickup will be on the 2nd Monday of the month to avoid Labor Day.
-Memberships renew each month on the same day you joined. Memberships must be cancelled prior to renewal if you wish to no longer receive monthly wines.
